What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer questions and solve problems
- Elevate social media engagement by collaborating with approved vendors to create content and boost awareness of our agency
- Keep customer information up to date
- Conduct virtual account reviews
- Assist current customers with online enablement so they have full access to their accounts
- Support efforts to keep customers happy and loyal
- Use all available resources to ensure customers receive the best service
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to stay calm and collected in busy or stressful situations
What You Will Need:
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Life and Health Insurance License
If you don’t currently have either license, we can assist the right candidate in obtaining them.
Compensation: $31,000.00 per year
